Hello, my name is Christine Sheehan. I am a 2015 graduate of the Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy. I bring over ten years of experience with me, and specialize in the techniques of Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and myofascial release. I especially love working with clients to help relieve their pain and optimize muscle recovery. It is my goal to provide improved quality of life for each client that I see. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and gardening. I also volunteer at multiple food banks and regularly meet with fellow massage therapists to discuss ways we can perfect our craft.
