I'm looking to schedule a massage today, but I don't see availabilty online. Do you offer same day appointments?

Our online scheduling system allows for booking up to 24 hours in advance. While we cannot guarantee same day appointments, we encourage you to give us a call at 860-861-8978. There are many times we are able to accommodate you!

Why do you require prepayment of appointments?

As both of our time is valuable, all services scheduled online, as well as all first time clients must prepay for their appointment. All clients that honor our cancellation policy will receive a full refund of their payment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24 hour notice to any changes or cancellation of appointments. If under 24 hours notice is given, a $50 fee will be charged to your credit card. Exceptions are made in some circumstances. All "no call, no show" appointments will be charged full rate, regardless of reason. If you have a massage package, one will be deducted from your series. Out of consideration for other clients, if you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, your session time will be adjusted accordingly.

I have a voucher or paper gift certificate from your office and I cannot schedule online. Why is this?

Our online booking system is not compatible with multiple systems. If you have a voucher, paper gift certificate from our office, or online gift certificate purchased before October 2017, you MUST call us at 860-861-8978, or email at [email protected] We'll be happy to get you scheduled!

Do you honor refunds on your products or services?

All products, packages and services are non refundable. The only exception to this is unopened products. If you bought a series of sessions and are no longer able to use them, you may "gift" your sessions to someone who you think will enjoy them!

I've never had massage before. What do I need to know?

If this is your first massage, we're so excited! We know you'll love it! Prior to your session, you will have a brief health history form to fill out, which will be sent to you via email. Please take the time to fill this out prior to your appointment. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment, and be sure not to come on too empty/ full of a stomach.

You have a lot of different massages to choose from. Which one is best for me?

The beauty of massage therapy is that there is no "one size fits all!" It's custom tailored for you. Your therapist will carefully go over your health history and concerns to determine what's best for you. If you are unsure of which massage to choose, our "Customized Massage" is the best choice.

I had a massage yesterday and I am sore. Why is this?

If you have had a great deal of tension in your muscles, they may be releasing a by-product called lactic acid. It is the same reason you feel sore post workout....muscle fibers are being released and worked on. We suggest drinking a lot of water to help ease the soreness. When the body (and muscles) are hydrated, lactic acid is able to move out of the body more freely.

Do you offer Couples' Massage?

We most certainly do! While we require 24 hours notice for couples massage, if you do not see what you would like online, please give us a call. We are typically able to schedule your appointment within a couple of days.
